All our products are handmade, hand-cut, hand-labeled, and packed. Therefore, sizes, shapes, and designs may vary. Product availability is subject to change, and we cannot guarantee stock. We may discontinue products at any time, and prices can change.

Purchases and Payments

If your card payment is unauthorized, we will notify you by email, and your order status will change to "on hold." Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed. All payments are in EUR.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order, including those using the same account or payment method. We also reserve the right to prohibit orders that appear to be made by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Returns

Free shipping applies only with a discount. If items are returned and your order value falls below the free shipping threshold, we will reclaim the shipping discount.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We use An Post for deliveries. Please allow 14 days from the shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If your order appears lost, email us at [email protected], and we will investigate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis.
